To me, making our capsules becomes a mindset. Almost like a lifestyle choice. It's the principle of why I share these products here.
When you start filling your own capsules, you start to gain a lot.
You gain more knowledge in the herb or botanical itself, you begin to understand the synergies of some herbs and gain more confidence knowing what you are able to do now. Your knowledge of holistic, natural health expands as you begin to make your own supplements.
Too much work or don’t have the time? I thought that at one point but with greed most suppliers have that dumb down their products with subpar ingredients with questionable fillers that are not even chelated to get into your blood stream. It’s your body you decide what you put in it.
